How will I receive my JEWELSOPHY products?

Each JEWELSOPHY product will arrive in a JEWELSOPHY signature box or pouch, in which you will also be able to store the jewelry you purchased. You will also receive the JEWELSOPHY Signature Storycard, which includes highlights of the Greek Myth behind the jewelry and an inspiring quote from a treasured Greek Philosopher.

If the item you are purchasing is intended as a gift that you would like to hand deliver to a loved one, please let us know in the special notes section at checkout so that we may include a JEWELSOPHY Signature bag as well.

What is the currency exchange rate for orders placed outside the Eurozone?

All JEWELSOPHY prices are shown and charged in Euros. Currency exchange rates in your local currency are handled by the banking institution and converted using the current exchange rate at the time the purchase is made.

Is VAT included?

Yes, VAT is included in the price of each product.

What payment methods do you accept?

For your convenience, you may choose one of the following payment methods below:

  • a. Via Bank Deposit

    You can deposit the total amount of your order in the account of the company listed below strictly within an exclusive period of five (5) Business days, including the date of the submission of your order. Otherwise, your order will be considered canceled.

    In the deposit you must state as a reason:

    1. Your full nameς
    2. The number of your order, which will be sent to you via email upon completion of the ordering process.

    Payment for your order can be made securely by credit, debit or prepaid card, specifically, with VISA, MASTERCARD MAESTRO of any bank.

hat are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are as follows:

  • Within Greece:

    Orders above €200,00 are shipped free of charge, while orders under €200,00, are shipped for €7,00.
    Shipments over 1 kg (2.2 lbs.) may incur additional charges. The shipment is made via GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI or DHL.

  • Outside Greece – Within the European Union:

    Orders above €400,00 are shipped free of charge, while Orders under €400,00 are shipped for €26,00.
    Shipments over 1 kg (2.2 lbs.) may incur additional charges. The shipment is made via GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI or DHL.

  • Outside Greece - Outside the European Union (Customs Clearance etc.):

    Orders above €600,00 are shipped free of charge, while orders under €600,00 are shipped for €38,00.
    Shipments over 1 kg (2.2 lbs.) may incur additional charges. In most cases, the shipment is made via DHL.

Does JEWELSOPHY Ship internationally?

Yes, JEWELSOPHY delivers to most destinations worldwide. Delivery times and costs differ depending on your delivery country. If a delivery cannot be made to your country, you will be notified at Checkout

How long does it take to ship an order?

Shipping times vary depending on your chosen shipping destination. Generally, for in-stock items, delivery may take:

Within Greece: 3-5 business days
Within the EU: 3-10 business days
Outside the EU: 7-15 business days but may take up to 30 days depending on your location

Production time is not included in the above shipping times for our PRE-ORDER handcrafted jewelry. Please contact us at info@jewelsophy.com so to inquire the time required to produce your order.

Please note that items that are ordered together may not necessarily be shipped at the same time. If you wish for us to hold your order so that everything is shipped together, please let us know in the comments section at Checkout.

Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?

Yes. Simply indicate the address you wish to ship to at checkout.

How can I track my order online?

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an email notification that your order is being processed. You will receive a second email as soon as your order is shipped, along with a tracking number.

Tracking your order online is easy. Simply visit one of the websites below depending on how your order was shipped and insert the tracking number into the Track your package field.

If you have made more than order you will receive email notification for each order placed.

Is a signature necessary at the time of delivery?

All orders are shipped via registered mail and a signature and ID are necessary at the time of delivery.

What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

If a delivery attempt is made while you are not home, the courier service will leave a delivery note with a local telephone number so that you may contact them to reschedule the delivery date.

What happens if my order is missing or not delivered?

It is extremely rare for an order to go missing. First track your order online to check the status.

If it states that it was delivered, check with your local FEDEX carrier using your tracking number to see if a delivery attempt was made when you were not home, and to schedule a delivery time.

If this is not the case, please send us an email at info@jewelsophy.com with your order details so that we may conduct an investigation.

Can I cancel, return or exchange my order?

Order cancellations, returns and exchanges are accepted only for in-stock items and only in the event that the product has not been shipped. Please email us at info@jewelsophy.com to request an order cancellation, return or exchange.

If approved, you may return or exchange an order of an in-stock item within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Product, returning the product in its original condition to us, without incurring any costs other than the shipping cost and insurance cost of returning the Product. If you are outside the EU, the amount of the product clearance cost will also be deducted from your refund.

In order for your request for either a replacement/exchange or refund to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
The returned Product must, must be in excellent condition, intact and unused (as before the sale), in its original packaging and with all the contents of the original packaging. In addition, in order for the return of the Product to be accepted, it must be accompanied by the original purchase document (retail receipt).

My Account

Do I need to register and open an account to shop at JEWELSOPHY.com?

Opening an account is not necessary to shop at JEWELSOPHY. You can purchase anything you like as a guest customer. However, opening an account has many benefits, including creating your personal wish list and saving your personal details such as your shipping addresses so that each future order is made quickly.

How can I register online for special offers?

Registering online is extremely easy and a great way to receive first updates on sales and new arrivals. All you have to do is to fill in your e-mail on our newsletter registration form.

How can I change my account details?

To change personal account details, login to your account and then click on My Account and then on Edit your account information.

How can I reset my password if I forget it?
