Product return policy - Right to withdraw from remote contracts (law 2251/1994)

The Customer has the following alternatives:

Product replacement

Our online store will do its best to replace the product returned by the Customer, whether the product is defective (same code, resizable or color), or if the wrong product code was shipped to the customer. For the best possible service, we suggest that the Customer contacts us within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the product, and informs us either by phone or by e-mail about his/ her desire to have the product replaced. In the event that a replacement is not possible due to the unavailability of the requested product, we will contact the Customer, in order to offer to him/her the best possible alternatives.

Refund

The customer has the right to withdraw unjustifiably within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Product, returning the product in its original condition to us, without incurring any costs other than the shipping cost, the insurance cost, and any product clearing cost (for non-EU countries) of returning the Product, which will be deducted from your refund.

In order for the customer’s request for either a replacement or refund to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

The returned Product must, must be in excellent condition, intact and unused (as before the sale), in its original packaging and with all the contents of the original packaging. In addition, in order for the return of the Product to be accepted, it must be accompanied by the original purchase document (retail receipt).

In the event the product is returned due to a defect or due to an error by the Store when ordering, the cost of returning the product is borne by the Store. In the event that the Customer withdraws from the contract and returns the Product (s), the cost of returning the Product (s) is borne by the Customer. In any case, our Store undertakes to return any shipping costs incurred by the Customer during the initial purchase of the Product. In the event the product (s) is / are returned damaged or incomplete, the Store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and is entitled to proceed unilaterally and without any other total or partial set-off of its claim vis-a-vis the customer. If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the consumer must inform us of his/ her decision to withdraw in writing by filling out the relevant form here and sending it to us by the following ways: either via email at: info@jewelsophy.com, or to the postal address of: 6 Panepistimiou Street, Athens, 10671. In the above cases, the Store immediately confirms to the customer the receipt of the withdrawal form via his/ her contact details. The Store is obliged to confirm in writing the receipt of the withdrawal statement.

In the event the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, according to the above, the Store reimburses any payment received from the customer, without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day on which it was informed of the customer's decision to withdraw from the contract. The Store can withhold the refund of the amount of purchase until it receives the products or until the customer notifies the Store of their receipt.

In the event of a product return, the Customer will be informed via email about the refund as follows:
In case the payment has been made either by credit card or by bank deposit mentioned in the "Payment Methods" of our website: The money will either be credited to the debit / credit card used by the Consumer during the transaction or by remittance to the bank account the customer indicated when depositing the money or later notifying us.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal for the remote out-of-store contracts, does not apply to the following cases:

a. the supply of goods manufactured to the specifications of the customer or of specially customized products
b. the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return and
c. returns of sale products.

Return of defective products

In the event the Customer considers the product he/ she has ordered does not comply, at the time of delivery, with the terms of the Contract, he/ she should immediately contact us via e-mail at info@jewelsophy.com, describing in detail the product and its defect, or by calling us at +306906484974 and he/ she will receive clear instructions for further action. The customer must return the product accompanied by the receipt he/ she received upon delivery of the product. We will then carefully review/ examine the returned product and inform the Customer via e-mail within a reasonable time period if he/ she is entitled to a refund or replacement (if any). The refund or replacement of the product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the day we will confirm by e-mail that the customer is entitled to a refund or replacement of the defective product. In the case of a defective product (s), the amount paid will be refunded in full, including shipping costs and any other reasonable costs incurred by the Customer for the return of the product. The refund will be made by the same method as the payment method at the time of purchase.

High Jewelry Item are considered final sale and are non-refundable or exchangeable.

-We are unable to accept returns for refunds on any pre-ordered or made-to-order jewelry items.
-Only regular priced items may be returned for a refund or merchandise exchange. We are unable to accept the return of jewelry items that are on sale or discounted.

The legal rights of the client according to the applicable legislation are not affected.

Gift exchanges and Gift Card

-Merchandise received as a gift may not be returned for a refund. You may exchange the item within 14 days from the date indicated on your gift receipt for an item of equal or higher value, providing it was not a pre-order, made-to-order or High Jewelry item.
-Gift cards are considered a final sale and are non-refundable. You may purchase an item up to the balance of the gift card.
-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
