Ordering and Purchasing products

When the purchase contract is concluded with the Store: During the purchase and the completion of the respective order, the Consumer is guided step by step via the automatic instructions of the system. Each order will be archived in our databases for as long as necessary for the execution of the sale contract between us, unless otherwise provided by law or the Consumer has given us his/ her consent for further processing of the personal data he/ she has provided to us. All orders submitted are subject to approval by the Store. It is at the Discretion of the Store to refuse the order, for the following reasons:

Shipping outside Greece – within the European Union

Orders above 400,00€ are shipped free of charge.
Orders under 400,00 €, are shipped for 26,00€.
Shipments over 1 kg (2.2 lbs.) may incur additional charges.

Shipping outside Greece - outside the European Union (customs clearance etc.)

In most cases:

Orders above 600,00 € are shipped free of charge.
Orders under 600,00 €, are shipped for 38,00€.

However, due to possible restrictions, any shipment outside Greece and outside the European Union must be preceded by consultation with the customer on the manner and cost of shipment.

Shipments to countries outside the European Union are subject to customs clearance costs. These costs are in addition to shipping costs, are covered by the customer and vary from country to country.

Shipping times vary depending on your chosen shipping destination. Generally, for in-stock items, delivery may take:

Within Greece: 3-5 business days
Within the EU: 3-10 business days
Outside the EU: 7-15 business days but may take up to 30 days depending on your location

Limitations of liability in case of incorrectly written price or incorrect shipment

a. In the context of good faith and business manners, the Store is not obliged to accept orders and sell Products that, due to typographical or computer error, appear in the Online Store with an incorrect price, e.g., lower or higher than the price in effect for that time period. In the case that an error in price is found in a customer order, but it is found only in part of the ordered Products, then the order is considered valid and processed normally for the other Products and is considered incomplete for the Products for which the error was found.

b. In the event of incorrect shipment of non-ordered Products, their unconditional receipt or failure to inform the Store and return of the Products cannot be considered as consent, acceptance or declaration of intent to purchase them. In case the refund is requested by the Store and the customer in turn delays to return these Products for a period of more than seven (7) calendar days then this refusal constitutes a statement of intent to purchase the Products, the order is considered to have been confirmed and the customer must pay for their total value.

Product return policy - right to withdraw from remote contracts (law 2251/1994)

The Customer has the following alternatives:

Product replacement: Our online store will do its best to replace the product returned by the Customer, whether the product is defective (same code, resizable or color), or if the wrong product code was shipped to the customer. For the best possible service, we suggest that the Customer contacts us within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the product, and informs us either by phone or by e-mail about his/ her desire to have the product replaced. In the event that a replacement is not possible due to the unavailability of the requested product, we will contact the Customer, in order to offer to him /her the best possible alternatives.

Refund:
The customer has the right to withdraw unjustifiably within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Product, returning the product in its original condition to us, without incurring any costs other than the shipping cost, the insurance cost, and any product clearing cost (for non-EU countries) of returning the Product, which will be deducted from your refund.

In order for the customer’s request for either a replacement or refund to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
The returned Product must, must be in excellent condition, intact and unused (as before the sale), in its original packaging and with all the contents of the original packaging. In addition, in order for the return of the Product to be accepted, it must be accompanied by the original purchase document (retail receipt).
In the event the product is returned due to a defect or due to an error by the Store when ordering, the cost of returning the product is borne by the Store. In the event that the Customer withdraws from the contract and returns the Product (s), the cost of returning the Product (s) is borne by the Customer. In any case, our Store undertakes to return any shipping costs incurred by the Customer during the initial purchase of the Product. In the event the product (s) is / are returned damaged or incomplete, the Store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and is entitled to proceed unilaterally and without any other total or partial set-off of its claim vis-a-vis the customer. In the above cases, the Store immediately confirms to the customer the receipt of the withdrawal form via his/ her contact details. The Store is obliged to confirm in writing the receipt of the withdrawal statement.

In the event the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, according to the above, the Store reimburses any payment received from the customer, without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day on which it was informed of the customer's decision to withdraw from the contract. The Store can withhold the refund of the amount of purchase until it receives the products or until the customer notifies the Store of their receipt.

In the event of a product return, the Customer will be informed via email about the refund as follows:

a. in case the payment has been made either by credit card or by bank deposit mentioned in the "Payment Methods" of our website: The money will either be credited to the debit / credit card used by the Consumer during the transaction or by remittance to the bank account the customer indicated when depositing the money or later notifying us

Return of Defective products

In the event the Customer considers the product he/ she has ordered does not comply, at the time of delivery, with the terms of the Contract, he/ she should immediately contact us via e-mail at info@jewelsophy.com, describing in detail the product and its defect, or by calling us at +306906484974 and he/ she will receive clear instructions for further action. The customer must return the product accompanied by the receipt he/ she received upon delivery of the product. We will then carefully review/ examine the returned product and inform the Customer via e-mail within a reasonable time period if he/ she is entitled to a refund or replacement (if any). The refund or replacement of the product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the day we will confirm by e-mail that the customer is entitled to a refund or replacement of the defective product. In the case of a defective product (s), the amount paid will be refunded in full, including shipping costs and any other reasonable costs incurred by the Customer for the return of the product. The refund will be made by the same method as the payment method at the time of purchase.

High Jewelry Item are considered final sale and are non-refundable or exchangeable.

-We are unable to accept returns for refunds on any pre-ordered or made-to-order jewelry items.
-Only regular priced items may be returned for a refund or merchandise exchange. We are unable to accept the return of jewelry items that are on sale or discounted.

The legal rights of the client according to the applicable legislation are not affected.

Gift exchanges and Gift Cards

-Merchandise received as a gift may not be returned for a refund. You may exchange the item within 14 days from the date indicated on your gift receipt for an item of equal or higher value, providing it was not a pre-order, made-to-order or High Jewelry item.

-Gift cards are considered a final sale and are non-refundable. You may purchase an item up to the balance of the gift card. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Applicable Law - Emerging Differences

Regardless of the city or country from which the visitor / user / customer enters this Website, the present terms and their use of the services of our online store, unless otherwise provided by law, are regulated according to applicable laws of Greece and the European Regulations, and any disputes that may arise under this with our Store, will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
